elected by Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at University of California Berkeley, California, USA to represent Kuwait University and participate in ‘train-the-trainer program’ in California (co-funded by Kuwait Foundation for Advancement of Science [KFAS] and Kuwait University). Ten faculty from Kuwait University were chosen based on results of a three-day intensive workshop on teaching excellence sponsored by KFAS and conducted by CTL in Kuwait on 27 to 29 March 2016.
