A word from the Vice Dean for Planning, Consulting and Training

Based on the pioneering work of the College of Life Sciences, we believe the Office of the Vice Dean for Planning, Consulting, and Training should have a role in community service and enhancing ways to cooperate with state agencies. We also believe in the importance of exchanging academic experiences between state sectors in order to enable the Office to provide the best training and advisory services to both government and the private sector.

Here in the Office of the Vice Dean for Planning, Consulting, and Training, we are also working to continuously innovate initiatives and ways in which we can enhance cooperation and expand the range of advisory, research, and technical studies services. Our aim is to utilize the human resources of the College of Life Sciences in such a way as to assist national institutions of all types, sizes, and sectors to achieve their goals.

About the Office of the Vice Dean for Planning, Consulting, and Training

The Office of the Vice Dean for Planning, Consulting, and Training, functioning under the College of Life Sciences, is an accredited office of Kuwait University and a pioneer in its field. The Office prepares strategic and operational plans and provides advisory and training services to all sectors of society, as well as state institutions.

Vision

The Office of the Vice Dean for Planning, Consulting, and Training is to develop and extend the performance of individuals and institution. The Office aims to develop strategic plans to take the lead position at regional and local levels.

Mission

The Office of the Vice Dean for Planning, Consulting, and Training works to:

Introduce new and distinguished training programs that empower individuals and cater to institutional needs.
Introduce innovative and specialized courses based on the experience of the College of Life Sciences.
Provide excellent advisory services both locally and globally.

Objectives

To develop and nurture individual talents to create and sustain effective people and institutions.
To implement different training methods at local and international level in order to serve the community.
