Nutrifiva Club Organizes Goal Setting and Skills Development Workshop at the College of Life Sciences

Nutrifiva Club, part of the Food Science and Nutrition Department at the College of Life Sciences, organized a specialized training workshop titled "Goal Setting and Skills Development." The workshop was presented by the club's president, student Noor Ali, and the head of the club's recreational committee, student Judy Matar, under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Mirza, a faculty member in the department. It took place at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. 

The workshop aimed to raise awareness among attendees about the importance of setting goals correctly, identifying their types, and understanding how to organize them. The presenter discussed mechanisms for achieving goals and classifying them according to timeframe, type, and field within the framework of self-development and enhancing personal skills.

At the end of the workshop, the presenter thanked the attendees for their interaction and participation before moving on to an engaging practical application through the Vision Board activity. This activity allowed participants to experience the steps of personal planning in an innovative way that enhances their self-development journey.
