Under the patronage and in the presence of the Acting Dean of the College of Life Sciences, Dr. Ahmed Rashid Al-Lafi, the graduation projects exhibition for students of the College of Life Sciences was inaugurated at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in the college lobby. Also in attendance were the Acting Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Research, and Graduate Studies, Dr. Tariq Al-Shatti, the Acting Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Sharifa Al-Kandari, and a number of faculty, administrative staff, and students.
On this occasion, Dr. Ahmed Al-Lafi expressed his delight at this important event, emphasizing that this exhibition is a significant milestone for students in their academic journey. He stated, "Each project in this exhibition tells a story, embodying an idea, passion, and challenges, and reflecting our students' readiness to confidently and competently embark on their professional lives." He also expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the exhibition, including academics, students, organizers, and sponsors. In closing, he addressed the students, saying, "Rest assured that with Al-Hayatiya, your present is beautiful, and your future will be even more beautiful, God willing."
It is worth noting that the exhibition featured more than 14 projects, with diverse ideas ranging from developing campus services to create a more pedestrian-friendly environment, to a study comparing parental awareness and cooperation with speech therapists in their children's treatment journey, and a comparative study of the impact of auditory-verbal therapy on children with cochlear implants versus those using hearing aids. The participating students were honored at the end of the exhibition.
