The College of Life Sciences held an exhibition of projects for the "Introduction to Entrepreneurship" and "Leadership Development" courses, under the supervision of Dr. Dhari Al-Huwail, professor of both courses and faculty member in the Department of Information Sciences. The exhibition took place on Monday afternoon, May 12, 2025, at the College of Life Sciences. Students from each course presented their projects. Students in the "Introduction to Entrepreneurship" course presented projects related to technical and technological aspects. These were ideas that could be transformed into applications and websites for for-profit and non-profit projects. These projects ranged from services to tangible products. All of these projects were linked to the Sustainable Development Goals, providing solutions to societal challenges in Kuwait and around the world. Students in the "Leadership Development" course also presented projects exploring leadership concepts, drawing on their experience meeting leading figures during the course. They also created interactive educational pieces for exhibition attendees to demonstrate their learning from the course. They also highlighted historical leaders and presented their own understanding of these figures. The exhibition was visited by David Goodwin, CEO of a global company specializing in space data and artificial intelligence, a consultant to small startups. He expressed his admiration for the students' projects and ideas presented at the exhibition.
