Research Interest: My research area involves studying ways to prevent obesity, type 2 diabetes, and chronic diseases through dietary management. My research focuses on three main areas: 1) Investigating the causes of eating disorders, overeating, and weight gain, 2) Exploring dietary formulations that can help suppress appetite and reduce overconsumption of calories, and 3) Developing food products and testing functional ingredients that can be used to prevent hyperglycemia, insulin resistance, and other chronic diseases.My Research area encompasses the prevention of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and chronic diseases through dietary management.
